We design and build custom outdoor spaces with high quality pavers, natural stone and other premium materials: patios, walkways, steps and more. Most of our patios are Techo-Bloc pavers or large format slabs, often with a darker border band or an inlay to frame the field.

A patio is the floor for everything that comes after it, so we lay it out around the way you live outside: where the table goes, where the grill sits, how you walk out the back door. Then we build it to hold up season after season.

Why pavers instead of concrete

We almost never pour concrete patios. Most of what we build is paver patios, travertine and porcelain, and here is why.

They don't crack like a slab

A concrete slab is one piece, so when the ground settles or freezes it cracks. Pavers are separate pieces with joints between them, so they move a little with the ground instead of splitting.

Repairs are easy

If one paver gets stained or a spot settles, we lift those pavers and reset them. A cracked slab has to be patched or torn out, and the patch always shows.

More choice in the look

Colors, textures, sizes, border bands and inlays. Travertine and porcelain give you a clean, high end finish that poured concrete can't match.

Better grip underfoot

The textured surface stays easier to walk on when it is wet than a smooth finished slab.
